Break Time

I'm crushing a tax return. And eventually it twists my head into such a tight little spiral that I have to take a break. I hadn't googled in weeks, so I went and looked for anything on "Re\Creation." Nothing substantive, but two nice mentions and one so-so mention. The latter is by a Finnish reader, so I think something was lost as the individual couldn't find a plot in the story. The reader said the writing was nice but that it wasn't about anything "new." Well, no. So little is.

But I'll take my other two mentions, one which said "Re\Creation" rounded out the issue nicely and an Australian one that gave it 4 out of 5 stars, which wouldn't be so hot except the person gave everything else in the issue a 3 or 3.5 out of 5. What can I say? I was flattered they liked it the best of all the stories in the issue.

Now, about that tax return...
