Now What?

Ok, so now I have a new draft that is less than 8k and has lots of parenthetical notes about this goes here and this should move there and add this here and this should be said there and do this, do that.

I printed out a new copy of the draft because I'm so old-fashioned that hard copy is still how I see the whole.

I think the idea would be to end this post and go do all the things I wrote in parentheticals, starting with the moves to earlier and later. Clearly, I'm not ready to make any decisions on the story's opening yet, despite my bracketed comments there. I need the shape and the ending before I can finalize the beginning, decide if it opens with this or with that.

Frog Out, off to move chunks of text
(No word from Florida yet this morning. I think they're sleeping in.)
