Alive But Busy

Anna was skewered, as I knew she would be. The group gave me a lot to think about and a place to start work on making her properly into a novel. So now the question is what story is for next week? Writing more of Anna won't be helpful since I have a lot of homework to do.

While I think and while I work hard, here are some photos:

Rio Grande Gorge, photographed from a bridge. This helped me understand how the Grand Canyon was made.

Way down there in the shadows, the river. You would have had to go a far piece to cross this gorge without a bridge over it...

And the view from my level of SnowBear. Our front windows look at the avalanche fence, but this is the view up the valley towards the ski area, taken from outside my bedroom.

The weather has been pretty hot for this time of year. So far in the 80's up here and 90's in Taos. There should be a shift to cooler tomorrow. Back to work.
