And the trees in front of this house? They're also making the house too dark. East facing. On the right, it's hitting the electrical to the house. On the left, it's just making those bedrooms really dark. No view to speak of to the east. All the water view is to the north, the right hand side of the photo, dining room and kitchen (and where, in back, my office will be built).

It's the same design as our current house, but without the addition...that living room we all sat in one night, flying laptops. It's a big rectangle and because it hasn't got that addition, it's smaller. But we have plans to try and put our own addition on, making use of the water views on the north side.
