I have soooo not posted...

...but it's so worth it to do this one.

It's a nice spring breezy day here. The girls have been out all day. Clever things, they tend to roam in a posse. I go outside every hour or so and count as many as I can see. I was meeting with a client when....

hellooo? anybody home? The main posse decides to visit Mount Olympos directly.

Was it like this for Jehovah when Moses came to the mountain? I think not.

Y'all got anything to eat in there?

I'm not sure about this, so you just keep your distance...

OMG, they let the f'ing dog sleep in here! Do you think they actually READ all those books?

HEY! Get that flash outta my face!

False alarm, girls. That's not where they keep the feed....

My sister (and no doubt other folks) is now having a cow because one of those disease-ridden birds was actually in my house. Like there aren't disease vectors everywhere and like the place doesn't get visited regularly by mice. Which is why I have cats. The only thing I was nervous about was her getting nervous and, well, pooh. So to speak. But she didn't.

Now do I tag this as farm or house?

Frog Out

Hee! Was it Walkabout who came in? Did the others stay outside?

Nope, not Walkabout. She's something of a loner, just keeps company with her one girlfriend most of the time, from what I can figure. She has a white spot so I'm pretty sure this wasn't her. Another started in after this one walked around, but that was when I started to say let's just go back outside, ok?

I was wondering where you've been. Glad you're back among the blogging. :)

The Wait
It was soooo worth it. The pictures are priceless. It's not as if this was an easy jaunt for them. Only Walkabout has dared to approach the Mount prior. This sister was having a cow, but not about disease or whatever. I was laughing too hard. I was wondering if she left a present, nice to know that didn't happen. The carpets have enough to deal with between spilled drinks, melted chocolate, egg color and cat hairballs. Oh, life on the farm, never boring!

Hee! The prophet Walkabout approaches her deity...

Wonder what she told the others when she returned from on high.

This one told them there was no food inside. But I don't think it was Walkabout. I'm pretty sure she has a white spot. But it was obviously an alpha chicken ring-leader. Walkabout is more of a loner. This one was clearly a tourguide for the other six.
